Go to My Orders from your account menu. Each order shows its current delivery status in real time. You can also receive SMS/notification updates.
Once your returned item passes inspection, wallet refunds are processed within 24 hours. Bank/UPI refunds take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
Raise a return request in My Orders within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Select 'Wrong item delivered' as the reason — pickup and refund are free in this case.
Visit Register Your Shop and complete the form. Our team reviews applications within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you can start listing products.
This is usually resolved automatically within 1–2 business days as the payment gateway processes the reversal. If not, contact support with your order attempt time and amount.
